Skai is seeking an Expert Services Specialist to drive day-to-day campaign management on enterprise accounts using the Skai Retail Media platform. You will collaborate with an Expert Services Manager and the Retail Media Director to deliver strong client results and learn quickly as you analyze performance and optimize campaigns.

We value hands-on experience with paid media, data fluency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to paid ecommerce or search media in any context.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar data tools and curiosity about data insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and meeting deadlines.
• Interest in using generative AI tools to work smarter.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day campaign management on assigned accounts, including builds, budget pacing, and bid/structure updates.
• Monitor performance, spot anomalies and opportunities, and escalate with a first view on causes.
• Prepare accurate performance reports, contribute analysis to client reviews, and support platform questions.
• Utilize generative AI tools and automation to improve speed and contribute to team playbooks.
