Job summary

You will manage cross-functional teams across Creative, PR, Social, CRM, and E-commerce to deliver cohesive customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, consumer marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated retail marketing programs designed to drive store traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Own end-to-end campaign development from strategy brief to execution, timelines, budgets, and launch.
• Collaborate with Creative, Events, Visual Merchandising, PR, Social, CRM, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Retail teams.
• Develop in-store experiences, signage, displays, promotions, events, and localized marketing initiatives.
• Measure performance, analyze retail traffic, engagement, and ROI, and optimize campaigns.
