Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience.
• Desire to develop into Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an intentional, educational, and personalized customer experience.
• Share product knowledge and brand storytelling to build relationships.
• Lead on the sales floor during opening/closing shifts and peak periods.
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Own inventory receiving and store operations tasks.
• Analyze sales data and help with store planning.
