Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years selling to major retailers incl. big-box and home improvement sectors.
• Experience with e-commerce channel sales and online marketplaces.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Ability to travel 50-70% and manage pricing and margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for retail fueling equipment.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the United States.
• Identify and manage relationships with national and regional store chains.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, operations, and customer service teams.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Track market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in fueling.
