Job summary

Cuyana is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Floor Lead (Keyholder) for our Stanford store. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach associates, and create a welcoming shopping experience that aligns with The Cuyana Customer Journey.

Responsibilities include leading the floor, achieving sales and KPI targets, and delivering personalized styling services while maintaining inventory, POS accuracy, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience with 6+ months leadership.
• Apparel/accessories luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong team leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings.
• Able to bend, lift 25–30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and guide junior team members.
