Varley Clothing is seeking a Style Advisor for our Stanford Store in Palo Alto. You will deliver personalised customer experiences, provide styling advice, and build lasting client relationships while maintaining store standards and supporting events.

The role requires passion for fashion, strong customer service, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced omnichannel retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail or service-led role.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, and digital tools for clienteling.
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Strong customer service and styling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty.
• Deliver the Varley service ceremony consistently, providing styling advice and creating outfits.
• Support retail events, VIP appointments, and community initiatives.
• Share insights from customer interactions to improve service delivery.
