Job summary

Lotus United is seeking an experienced Construction Sr. Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution of retail environments, fixtures, displays, and branded environments for major consumer brands.

You will oversee full project lifecycles, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate trades, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Travel to multiple markets is expected, with strong leadership and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience leading large retail store rollouts or multi-family developments.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from site selection to final merchandising.
• Experience with construction documents and drawings.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, Basecamp, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for retail construction and full-store rollouts.
• Establish project budgets and monitor costs; flag risks early.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and account teams to translate design into buildable plans.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, and installation crews.
• Conduct site visits and inspections; verify installations match drawings.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance are tracked for every project.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and leadership to align with client expectations.
