Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of retail tenant improvement projects from estimating to closeout.
• Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and cost projections.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, on-time completion, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and resolve project challenges with clear communication.
