Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Experience with construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

Position Summary

The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, and overall project execution.
This role will oversee a variety of project types including ground-up construction, retail tenant improvements, open-store remodels, and commercial buildouts. Ground-up construction experience is required.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Crestwood, Illinois. Occasional travel is required based on project needs.
