Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York, overseeing high-visibility retail construction projects for Financial Services clients. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while mentoring project teams and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a NYC-focused background, PMP or equivalent certification, and the ability to work onsite up to 4 days a week. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven New York City experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
• Ability to be present in the office up to 4x/week.
• Proficiency in building client presentations.
• Client facing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion with the ability to pivot, and redirect accordingly.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading projects within financial services specifically retail banking.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Desired experience and technical skills:

Expected compensation for this position:

130,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
