Job summary

PNC’s Retail Network Planning team seeks a Senior Business Experience & Planning Specialist to influence branch design, standards, and customer experience. You will collaborate with BNPAs, Realty Services, and cross-functional partners to evolve the Kit of Parts and implement brand-aligned design across the retail network.

The role emphasizes strong design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design concepts through visuals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Proficiency with design visualization tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support BNPAs and project teams with branch planning and design evaluations.
• Review drawings for alignment with brand standards and Kit of Parts.
• Assist in applying and evolving branch design standards.
• Identify and resolve design challenges with customer-focused solutions.
• Support renovations, de novo, and pilot initiatives across the retail network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate brand, hospitality, and technology considerations.
• Create presentations and visual communications of design intent.
