Job summary

PNC Bank is seeking a Senior Brand Consulting Lead to guide the Brand Consulting & Governance function within Corporate Marketing. You will translate brand strategy into compelling messaging, creative direction, and cohesive customer experiences across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with product, digital, and innovation teams to infuse the brand into consumer offerings, sub-brands, and evolving experiences, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience shaping brand ideas, campaigns, messaging and customer-facing experiences.
• Ability to counsel internal stakeholders and influence decisions with or without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with product, digital, and innovation teams to align strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand consulting to line of business and enterprise partners, shaping strategy and execution.
• Ensure ideas, messages, visuals, and experiences are distinctively PNC and on brand.
• Provide guidance through strategy, value proposition development, and agency briefs.
• Translate brand principles into practical direction for varied contexts.
• Influence storytelling to connect product and campaign messages to a cohesive brand narrative.
• Strengthen brand fundamentals across channels, tone, and design systems.
• Identify opportunities to educate and enable internal teams on brand usage.
• Partner with retail banking, product, digital, and innovation to bring brand to life.
• Advise on brand expression for consumer products, in-branch experiences, and AI-enabled experiences.
