Citizens Bank is seeking a Retail Designer to lead design from concept through construction for branch environments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned spaces that enhance customer experience.

This hybrid role requires cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and a strong focus on code compliance, with multi-site program delivery as a core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, environmental design, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail, interior architecture, hospitality, or restaurant design with construction documentation and project execution.
• Experience managing external architecture/design consultants and multi-site programs.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for branch projects from due diligence to construction documents and administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to align design with objectives, brand, and customer needs.
• Translate data and insights into compelling physical design solutions.
• Produce and review design docs for code compliance and technical accuracy.
• Manage construction documents production and review architectural plans.
• Drive multiple complex projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
