The Home Depot is seeking a Retail Media Reporting & Insights Senior Analyst to drive measurement strategy and actionable insights for Suppliers/Advertisers within our retail media network. You will translate complex data into compelling narratives and support ROMO storytelling to influence advertiser growth and future investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing measurement or analytics.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills applied to business challenges.
• Proven ability to communicate findings and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel, Access, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data extraction and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance.
• Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.
• Analyze web analytics data and offline data to evaluate site performance.
• Collaborate with Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytics dashboards.
• Lead new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team.
• Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel.
