Job summary

Paramount Pictures, within Paramount Products & Experiences, seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Analytics to partner with business teams and deliver actionable insights across toys, apparel, books, parks, and hotels. You will combine data sources to guide strategies and track POS performance, presenting clear narratives to executives.

You will collaborate with Business Intelligence to build tools, translate complex data for stakeholders, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a comparable Analytics position.
• Experience working with large datasets and extracting meaningful and actionable insight.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, AI/ML a plus

Responsibilities

• Insights and Strategic Analysis: Serve as thought partner to business teams, providing relevant data and insights to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
• Leverage multiple data sources to generate actionable insights for product and retail strategies.
• Proactively track and analyze retail point-of-sale performance to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Data Reporting and Communication: Share insights in weekly/monthly team meetings and create clear, impactful presentations.
• In partnership with BI, support development of data tools to maximize impact.
• Translate complex data into digestible formats for cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Market and Competitive Intelligence: Provide commercial insights through robust market/competitive analysis, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Monitor global consumer trends, market changes and industry developments
