Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Retail to own the strategy and relationships with large national retail customers. You will orchestrate executive-level partnerships, develop multi-year account plans, and position Epicor ERP and related software against customer priorities to drive revenue growth.

You will build trusted relationships with retailers, buyers, and IT teams, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to deliver measurable value across the account

Qualifications

• Advanced strategic account management and consultative selling connecting retail priorities to outcomes.
• Experience with multi-location retail ERP and related processes.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Proficient CRM usage, preferably Salesforce, with data-quality and forecast discipline.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales and account management lifecycle for national/in enterprise retail customers.
• Build executive relationships with sponsors, category leaders, IT and operations.
• Develop annual and multi-year account plans with growth priorities.
• Translate retail objectives into Epicor solutions across ERP, POS, analytics and more.
• Lead deal strategy including ROI, pricing, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive multi-product upsell, cross-sell, and SaaS expansion while protecting value.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and account data in Salesforce; analyze trends and risks.
