Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnership Executive to manage partner accounts and forge new retail alliances, driving leads and sales opportunities. You will collaborate with sales to ensure successful delivery of Epicor retail solutions across distributed accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in retail, 5+ years ERP experience, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across dispersed teams. A Bachelor’s degree and Ace ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applicable experience in the retail space.
• 5+ years of specialized ERP industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Ace or similar Epicor customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across the account’s organization.
• Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of Epicor solutions.
• Define and implement programs to support defined objectives.
• Hold quarterly business reviews and report on account metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate leads and revenue growth.
