Job summary

Epicor Software Corp seeks a Senior Account Manager for Retail to own the sales lifecycle for national and enterprise retailers. You will build executive relationships, plan growth, and position Epicor ERP and related software to meet customer priorities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive multi-product expansion, and ensure forecast accuracy while protecting long-term account health and profitability.

Qualifications

Advanced strategic account management and complex software sales.
Experience building executive-level partnerships with retailers and buying groups.
Strong proposal, ROI analysis, and pricing negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales and account-management lifecycle for national/enterprise retail customers.
Build relationships with executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop and execute multi-year account plans with growth priorities and risks.
Translate retail objectives into Epicor solutions (ERP, POS, analytics, integrations).
Lead complex deal strategy: discovery, positioning, business cases, pricing, negotiations.
