Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Partner Director for Retail Professional Services to lead executive engagements and expand services within a defined retail portfolio. You will build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders and guide service strategies that align with customer outcomes.

Leadersh ip across Sales, Delivery, and Product is essential to develop SOWs, roadmaps, and proposals for major retail accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services/consulting or services sales experience in retail.
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and retail processes (Commerce, Marketing, Service, Data/AI).
• Ability to present complex service proposals to executive audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization across sales, delivery, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary executive contact for Professional Services engagements in a defined retail portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation, advisory, and managed services.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Delivery teams to align services with customer outcomes.
• Develop Statements of Work, proposals, and roadmaps tailored to retail needs.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to grow services revenue.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal resources and prioritize solutions.
• Stay informed on retail trends and Salesforce capabilities to provide strategic guidance.
• Accurately forecast services pipeline and revenue within assigned territory.
