Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Account Director for Retail in the US Southwest region, including Texas, Arizona, and California, with remote/on-the-road responsibilities. You will drive profitable sales of NCR Voyix’s Retail portfolio—hardware, software, professional services, and managed services—through strategic account planning and strong customer relationships.

You will be accountable for pipeline development, stakeholder engagement, and achieving quotas while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce required or equivalent experience.
MBA preferred for leadership roles in retail accounts.
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in retail or related fields.
Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and build executive relationships.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills at senior levels.
Experience selling solutions—hardware, software, and services—is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop account plans and strategies to grow NCR Voyix’s Retail portfolio across your territory.
Manage and update sales opportunities from pipeline to closure.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and account profitability.
Build senior-level business relationships with customers and decision makers.
Coordinate with sales support, product management, and the factory to meet customer requirements.
Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to win opportunities.
