SERVPRO® of Central Manhattan/SW Brooklyn/Midwood is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead property damage mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish in the NYC area.

The ideal candidate has prior restoration project management experience, strong leadership, and excels in communication and organization. Expect a collaborative, customer-focused role with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior restoration project management experience is required.
• Ability to manage high end/high profile large losses.
• Experience with Xactimate and DocuSketch.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Oversee job site activities, schedules, and crew performance.
• Ensure documentation, job costing, and reporting via job management systems.
• Serve as main contact for customers and insurance adjusters.
• Create estimates using Xactimate (preferred).
• Ensure work complies with IICRC standards and SERVPRO processes.
• Participate in monthly on-call rotation (1 week/month).
