The role requires extensive travel (approximately 75%), leadership, and deep experience in managing large-scale commercial projects with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction PM experience on large-scale projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and officials.
• Strong business ethics and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Field Management: manage day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety and quality, manage permits and subcontracts.
• Office Management: manage budgets, invoices, schedules, and project costs; drive revenue and profit goals.
• Supervisory: lead site personnel and subcontractors; mentor junior staff.
