Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and restoration projects in the Springfield, OR area. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage safety, quality, and documentation on-site.

The role requires strong scheduling and budgeting skills, the ability to work nights/weekends when needed, and regular communication with estimators and managers. Candidates will handle projects often valued over $1M and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Assist other PMs and Senior PMs and volunteer for CAT duty when possible
• Advance knowledge of restoration services and building codes/regulations
• Serve as role models for Superintendents
• Sell and upgrade additional services on assigned projects
• Communicate daily with Estimators about timelines and issues
• Continually improve core project management skills
• Complete training until projects are delivered on time and on budget with customer satisfaction
• Construction focus: plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors
• Understand blueprints and manage projects
• Responsible for projects exceeding $1M
• Understand local building codes and regulatory requirements
• Restoration focus: direct small crews and manage resources
• Attend BELFOR approved training courses
• Manage large crews and projects through leaders
• Document rate and material plans with PMs or Estimators
• Supervise multiple crews across projects

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and restoration projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors.
• Schedule work, track progress, and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation, including change orders.
• Communicate with estimators and managers about status, adjustments, and risks.
• Provide field documentation, such as photo logs, graphs, and sketches.
• Ensure subcontractor qualification and proper vendor interactions.
• Attend BELFOR safety training and uphold company standards.
• Travel as required and work nights/weekends to meet deadlines.
• Supervise multiple crews across projects exceeding $1M.
