Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC in Long Beach, CA seeks a Restoration Superintendent to oversee daily restoration, reconstruction and capital projects, coordinating vendors, materials, scheduling and budgets while ensuring top‑notch customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction and project leadership, willingness to travel nationwide, and strong communication with clients and teams. Competitive base salary plus commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential and commercial construction, general contracting and/or restoration experience preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel in response to emergencies and losses across the nation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal/external contacts throughout the project management process.

Responsibilities

• Field Management: manage subcontractors, obtain permits, ensure OSHA compliance, and ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
• Office Management: approve/reject invoices with Project Accountant, develop and update project schedules, provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Profitability Management: meet/better billing, revenue and profit margin goals, track change orders and manage budget updates.
• Direct supervision of BluSky personnel on projects and adherence to BluSky best practices.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and coordinate vendor/resources to meet contract requirements.
