Job summary

BluSky is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee day-to-day restoration projects, including labor, equipment, on-site management, paperwork, and quality control. Daily updates with occupants and owners ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration and project management, IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration, and ability to travel nationwide. You will coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and commercial restoration experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration.
• Must be able to travel across the nation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day restoration project oversight.
• Coordinate temporary labor, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure on-site management and quality control.
• Provide regular updates to occupants and owners to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across projects.
• Review paperwork and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Develop and update project schedules as needed.
• Mentor and supervise field staff and technicians.
