You will manage scopes of work, estimates, contracts, invoicing, and change orders while collaborating with internal teams to grow business and ensure outstanding service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Excellent decision-making, conflict resolution, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Driving record meeting company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of restoration projects, ensuring service quality and profitability.
• Develop business opportunities by cultivating relationships with adjusters, owners, and facility managers.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and contracts; coordinate initiation and completion.
• Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Director and Operations Manager to drive growth.
• Manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to maintain project profitability.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters while optimizing solutions.
