Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational abilities under tight deadlines.
• Clean driving record as per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: cultivate relationships with adjusters, property owners, and facility managers to generate opportunities.
• Project Execution: prepare scopes of work, estimates, and contracts while ensuring initiation and completion.
• Collaboration: coordinate with regional leadership to drive growth.
• Operational Oversight: maintain high service quality and adherence to standards.
• Process Management: ensure compliance with company protocols and financial reporting.
• Financial Responsibility: manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to protect profitability.
• Problem-Solving: resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters while optimizing solutions.
