Job summary

Servpro Team Jones is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator in Oklahoma City to manage the estimating process for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects. You will create detailed estimates using Xactimate, prepare scopes, and coordinate with operations and customers while ensuring accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restoration estimating experience.
• Advanced Xactimate proficiency.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform onsite inspections, including attics, crawlspaces, and roofs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections to assess damages for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects.
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate and Servpro standards.
• Prepare scopes, sketches, photos, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure estimates meet carrier guidelines and industry standards.
• Submit estimates within required timelines (often 24–48 hours).
• Work closely with Production Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians to ensure scope accuracy.
• Update estimates based on supplements, change orders, or additional findings.
• Assist with job costing, budget tracking, and profitability analysis.
• Support the production team with material lists, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling.
• Explain scope, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers and adjusters.
• Maintain complete job files and ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols.
