Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant operations including food production and guest service, directing crew and managers.
• Proactively manage people processes: Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing and Performance Management.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to deliver high quality service.
• Make decisions around inventory, budget and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards and maintain safety for guests and employees.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of store operations to meet standards.
