Qualifications

• Proven management experience in quick service or casual dining.
• Extensive food prep, kitchen management, and safety knowledge.
• Supervisory experience with staff training and leadership.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS for transactions and reporting.
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cash handling.
• Hospitality/hotel experience is a plus; culinary or banquet background helpful.
• Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor shift management activities to ensure efficient staffing levels, timely service, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Implement budgeting strategies and control costs related to food production, labor, and supplies to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, coaching, and team management while promoting hospitality excellence.
