Job summary

APR Islands Management is seeking an energetic General Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest service excellence, and maintain high food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage inventory, budgeting, and use Aloha POS for transactions and reporting, while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in quick service, fast food, or casual dining.
• Experience with food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
• Supervisory experience including staff training and development.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS for transaction processing and reporting.
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision.
• Lead hiring, training, and development to build a skilled team.
• Oversee inventory control and food safety compliance.
• Use Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
