Eureka! is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational support, partnering with cross-functional leaders to execute initiatives and elevate guest and employee experiences.

You will lead complex projects, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires at least 2 years of managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant, a TIPs certification, and a commitment to Eureka!’s culture and values.
