Eureka! is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will develop team members, manage scheduling and staffing, and help implement local marketing initiatives to grow revenue.

This full-time role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, adherence to health and safety standards, and a passion for Eureka!'s culture of energy and community.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• TIPs Certification
• At least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrates passion for company culture on every shift.
• Recruit, train, coach, and counsel employees; enforce policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in partnership with GM.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while maintaining service standards.
• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing to meet sales goals.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards and monitor P&L.
