Job summary

Eureka! in Roseville, California is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales, profitability, and people development while coaching a team of managers to uphold Eureka!’s culture of energy, discovery, and community. Responsibilities include daily operations oversight, labor and cost controls, compliance, and building strong local community relations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong leadership and passion for Eureka’s culture — EDC!
• At least 21 years of age.
• TIPs Certified.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Community involvement and marketing focus on building sales organically with a deeply rooted community.
• Previous experience in Bar Management (is a plus) to maintain and continue to build LBW sales.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive financial performance, and foster a high-performing team.
• Oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with company standards, develops and coaches managers and team members, and creates a culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence while achieving sales, profitability, and people development goals.
