Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a high-volume, upscale dining group in Florida. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, maintain guest-focused service, and lead a front-of-house team in a fast-paced, polished setting.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules and labor, and partner with culinary and beverage teams to uphold quality and brand standards. A hands-on, people-first leader on the floor is desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale, high-volume dining.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain service teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution with a guest-first mindset.
• Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff to drive engagement and retention.
