White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead premium hotel restaurant operations. You will oversee multiple managers, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across high-volume dining periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager or equivalent in high-volume hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to own P&L, manage labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Strong leadership and team-development capabilities across multiple managers.
• Deep knowledge of upscale dining, wine, and beverage programs.
• Experience across multiple meal periods and large dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel restaurant operations to deliver an elevated dining experience.
• Recruit, direct, and develop a team of managers and FOH staff.
• Drive performance through systems, service standards, and protocols.
• Own financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team on menu quality and flow.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand reputation with urgency and professionalism.
• Partner with corporate leadership on promotions and business development goals.
