Buffalo Wild Wings in Opelika, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest experiences. You will manage the restaurant leadership team, ensure top performance on sales, costs, and compliance, and partner with local marketing to boost traffic.

You will develop your team through training, recruiting, and performance feedback, while maintaining guest satisfaction, safety standards, and a fun, high-energy environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.
• Analyze and improve Profit and Loss statement results for the restaurant.
• Support local restaurant marketing to drive guest traffic and sales.
