Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of restaurant projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and administration while directly supervising General Contractors and Subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, interior design, food service, and engineering consultants; supporting design, facilities, and operations; and

Qualifications

• 5+ years on-site construction experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• 2+ years as Construction Project Manager.
• Experience in Tenant Coordination or Owner's Representative preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standard practices, materials, means, and methods.
• Knowledge of project management software.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices a plus.
• Skill in developing and maintaining specifications.
• Working knowledge of lighting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project Schedule, Photoshop & Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction phase of restaurant projects: schedules, budgets, docs, admin.
• Directly oversee General Contractor and Subcontractors; ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with Architects, Interior Design, Food Service, and Engineering Consultants and vendors.
• Support design, construction, facilities, and operations teams.
• Establish project processes with in-house and external teams and contractors.
• Assist in pre-construction estimating and site assessments.
• Coordinate with city/county and utility companies.
• Review deal terms and space/site planning requirements.
• Review drawings for conformance with local requirements and FRC guidelines.
• Manage project budget, schedule, materials, procurement, and quality controls.
