HEI Hotels & Resorts’ The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and inviting spaces for guests, associates, and vendors.

The role emphasizes thorough cleaning, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous hotel experience is preferred, and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and perform job functions under limited supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves; extend arms over head and bend as needed.
• Clean and polish metal surfaces with controlled pressure.
• Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
