Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to join the Global Responsible AI team. You will build state-of-the-art models addressing business challenges while evaluating fairness, transparency, robustness, and privacy in client projects.

You will lead end-to-end AI development, collaborate with clients and teams, and help advance responsible AI practices across engagements. Travel may be required as client work dictates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science (or related technical fields) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions; at least 2 from Statistics/Probability, Regression, Clustering, Deep Learning, NLP, CV, Time Series, ML Visualization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch; experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Database management and data processing.
• Understanding and working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing AI models and solutions with a focus on ethical and responsible practices.
• Detecting, evaluating and applying RAI dimensions (bias, fairness, robustness, explainability) in AI systems; mitigate identified risks; support client sales conversations.
• Optimizing and maintaining existing AI systems for enhanced performance and adherence to ethical standards.
• Participating in the full AI development lifecycle: data prep, design, coding, testing, deployment, support.
• Contributing to internal guidelines, best practices for responsible AI development and technical training.
• Staying updated with current AI trends and regulatory considerations.
• Assisting in identifying and correcting biases in datasets and AI models.
• Documenting AI development processes and maintaining transparent records.
