Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist who will maintain clinical expertise and supervise staff and students in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role requires the ability to care for neonates through adolescents, with occasional work involving adults.

The position demands strong knowledge of respiratory therapeutics, diagnostic correlations, and the capacity to respond to emergencies, including CPR, ensuring optimal patient respiratory status at all times.

Competenze

• Graduated from NBRC-recognized Respiratory Care program.
• Two years college minimum required.
• Two years’ experience in respiratory care required.
• Credentialed as CRT or RRT by NBRC.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provided.

Mansioni

• Maintain clinical expertise and practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Supervise staff and students in the clinical setting.
• Communicate with neonates through adolescents and occasionally adults.
• Exercise judgment within the medical plan of care and licensure acts.
• Apply respiratory therapeutics and interpret diagnostic assessments.
• Perform CPR and respond to emergent respiratory situations.
