Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Current NBRC certification.
• CEUs for re-licensure (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Administers high-risk cardiopulmonary modalities, e.g., ventilator management, ABG’s, CPR.
• Performs routine cardiopulmonary testing and education (pulmonary function, stress testing, Holter).
• Oversees staff work schedules and ensures adequate coverage.
• Ensures policies/protocols and scheduling are followed by staff.
• Assists in budget development and monitoring.
• Maintains Epic system documentation.
• Rotating weekends/holidays and on-call responsibilities.
