AdventHealth in Tampa is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for PRN Night shifts. You will provide respiratory support including ventilator management, blood gas analysis, and bedside bronchoscopy assistance, contributing to patient care during critical situations.

The role requires 1+ year of critical care experience, 3+ years in Respiratory Care, and active RRT licensure with BLS certification. Equal opportunity employer; benefits available.

Formación

• 1+ years critical care experience
• 3+ years Respiratory Care experience
• RRT licensure (state) required
• BLS CPR certification required
• NRP and PALS certifications preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and ventilation.
• Draw, analyze, and report blood gas results.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations; perform CPR as needed.
• Manage ventilators (invasive and non-invasive) and document changes.
• Assist with bedside bronchoscopy and supervision of Bi-level and end-tidal CO2 capnography.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care decisions.
