Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner III at Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center to deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilator support, airway management and patient education. Lead clinical activities and mentor staff while ensuring quality outcomes.

Required: active Respiratory Care License, NBRC credential, ACLS/PALS/BLS, and 2 years of RRT experience. Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires; EPIC EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.
• Current Respiratory Care License in the state they are working (required).
• NBRC credentialed (required).
• ACLS, PALS, BLS required.
• Two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or five years CRT (required).
• EPIC EHR training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide respiratory care through patient assessment, planning, intervention, education and evaluation.
• May supervise staff and provide clinical leadership.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.
• Maintain equipment and records; document procedures and patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
