Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner III for PRN coverage at Maryview Medical Center. The role involves delivering comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilator management, bronchodilator therapies, and patient education.

Requirements include: valid state Licensure, NBRC credentials, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years of RRT/CRT experience in critical care. EPIC EHR experience is preferred; benefits support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Care License in the state of work (required).
• NBRC credentialing (required).
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
• Two years of RT experience in adult critical care or similar settings (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including oxygen, aerosolized meds, ventilator care and education.
• Lead or mentor staff, participate in clinical rounds and program evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement and research initiatives.
• Serve as Charge Therapist to ensure adequate staffing and shift coverage.
