Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Workforce Planning Lead for its Advisory practice in Colorado. You will lead day-to-day staffing and deployment, coordinate client engagements by skills and availability, and resolve workload imbalances across teams.

You'll develop capacity models, forecast demand three to six months out, and produce dashboards with workforce insights to guide leadership. A strong background in Excel, Power BI, and professional services is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and deployment for the Advisory practice.
• Coordinate client engagement assignments based on skills, experience, industry expertise, and availability.
• Identify and resolve staffing conflicts, workload imbalances, and resource constraints.
• Develop capacity models and forecast resource demand.
• Analyze pipeline, backlog, and forecasted work three to six months in advance.
