Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience in financial/operational modeling, analysis and business case development.
• SQL/Snowflake experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills provide structure for results.
• Understanding of financial/accounting or workforce management principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and insights to support development and ongoing assessment of operational forecasts, staffing strategies, and multi-year business plans.
• Identify trends to help leaders build effective staffing plans and evaluate performance.
• Assess impact of improvements and new initiatives on long-range staffing plans and contribute to business cases.
• Develop and improve analytic tools/dashboards through automation and BI capabilities.
