The Resource, Programming and Integration SME will establish programmatic and resourcing procedures to support the LE portfolio, coordinating with DoW and LE-themed meetings.

The on-site role in Arlington, VA requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strong PPBE experience, and the ability to deliver staff work, briefs, and testimony materials on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years in Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE).
• Experience with NIP and MIP budgets and CBJ reviews.
• Experience with JCIDS, DoD PPBE System, and Congressional actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, analysis, and staff work products for LE portfolio and PPBE cycle.
• Prepare briefings, position papers, and responses for leadership.
• Support OUSD(I&S) interactions with Congress and related budget actions.
• Maintain tracking and provide weekly updates on DoD deliverables.
