You will blend power systems engineering with economics and strategic resource planning to shape investment choices across a broad network. The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering and business teams, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for leadership.

Formación

• Engineering background with strong technical capabilities in power systems.
• 5+ years in electric utility planning or generation planning.
• Experience performing complex, non-routine engineering analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with generation investments and market dynamics.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Databricks).

Responsabilidades

• Support development of the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and long-term resource needs.
• Develop power system and generation modeling for financial forecasts.
• Provide technical and analytical support for investments and contracts.
• Develop and improve engineering models and planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning efforts.
• Lead complex analytical projects and translate findings into reports.
