Job summary

SLR Consulting (Americas) seeks a Principal Resource Geologist in Bothell, WA. You will lead geological modelling, build block models, and contribute to NI 43-101 reporting across metals and depositional environments.

Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects. You will manage scopes, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring safety and quality while supporting business development in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.
• 15-20+ years of minerals exploration, operation, and resource estimation.

Responsibilities

• Develop geological models or interpretations.
• Construct block models for mineral resource and reserve estimates.
• Prepare NI 43-101 reports or international equivalents.
• Due diligence for project financing, M&A.
• Lead and mentor geologists and coordinate with consulting groups.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate findings with other disciplines.
• Ensure project delivery with health & safety, scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to business development plans.
• Build relationships with clients for excellent service delivery.
